Create a login and password

All clients need to create a login when booking online for the first time. Existing clients will find their name already in the system, simply click the link and complete your details. Bookings, rescheduling and cancellations can be done from any computer once you have an account.

You can book just one appointment, or a series of recurring appointments at the same time each week. Sessions can be booked up to one month in advance and cancelled up to 24 hours before. You will receive a confirmation email when an appointment is booked or cancelled.

Book for a friend

You can book appointments for someone else who is a client in the system, there is a check box in the booking screen to choose to book for 'myself' or 'someone else'.

How do I pay?

At the moment we do not accept online payment. Payment should be made at your appointment by cheque or cash, or in advance by BACS transfer. Pre-paid blocks of sessions are credited to your account , you can log in and check how many are remaining at any time.

I can't book a session, what's happened?

It may be that availability no longer exists for that timeslot, or you are ineligable for the session type. If you come across any issues call and we'll sort it out for you. Appointment booking can only be made up to the day before, If you want a same-day session please call.

What if I need to change an appointment?

The system accepts cancellations and rescheduling up to 24 hours before your session. If something happens and you can't make your session at short notice please call and let us know.
