Start a regular weekly session for general strength and balance, and to keep pain and tension at bay
- We start with a history, noting any relevant injuries and discussing your goals, taking into account any relevant activities and hobbies
- Then we work through a short series of exercises to look at your movement patterns, checking for areas that need some change
- We'll finish with some exercises targeted to any weak or tense areas of your body, we'll discuss what program will work best for you, and I'lI teach you some exercises you can start on right away at home
